Room Service Server (Room Service Operations) - Full-Time
Job ID No. 531608: 1 FT, AM/PM
Set up trays, deliver, and serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests in their rooms. Set tables according to type of event and service standards. Answer questions on menu selections. Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability. Communicate additional meal requirements to kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day. Complete closing duties,. Pick up trays from hall ways. Present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests` service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Requires great hospitality and interpersonal skills; foodservice background a plus. Training provided. Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol according to state law and be available to work a flexible full time schedule, rotating AM/PM shifts and days including weekends and holidays, although primary need is for mid-shift hours 12:00pm-8:00pm. Competitive hourly wages + % gratuity on guest checks and tips with a full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, tuition reimbursement, food and room discounts, annual merit increases, and more). Seeking flexible, team-oriented individuals who are willing to be flexible in their job assignments and willing to work in other areas of the Food and Beverage Department as needed: Dining Room Attendant for Allie’s Casual Restaurant, Food Runner for the pub, Room Service, etc.. Guest Service Aide (Front Desk/Guest Services) - Full-Time

Greet and escort guests to rooms. Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property. Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, mini-bar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundry services). Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area. Assist with luggage storage and retrieval. Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage. Supply guests with directions. Arrange transportation (e.g., taxi cab, shuttle bus) for guests/visitors, and record advance transportation request as needed. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors. Follow all company policies and procedures, and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Previous customer service/guest services experience required; hotel/guest services experience preferred. Must be available to work a flexible full time schedule, rotating AM/PM shifts and days including weekends and holidays. $10.00 per hour with a full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, tuition reimbursement, food and room discounts, annual merit increases, and more). Seeking flexible, team-oriented individuals who are willing to be flexible in their job assignments and willing to work in other areas of the Guest Services Department as needed. Training will be provided.

Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, mini-bar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundry services). Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipate and address guests` service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. HS/GED. Requires great hospitality, customer service, and multi-tasking skills. Hotel experience a plus; computer and cash handling skills are a must. Must be available to work a flexible full time schedule, including weekends and holidays, rotating night shifts (11pm-7:30am) and days. Officer-Loss Prevention (Security/Loss Prevention) - Full-Time
Job ID No. 526030: 1 FT, AM/PM

Patrol all areas of the property; assist guests with room access. Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system. Lock property entrances when required. Conduct daily physical hazard inspections. Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required. Assist guests/employees during emergency situations. Notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents. Defuse guest/employee disturbances. Call for outside assistance if necessary. Complete incident reports to document all Security/Loss Prevention related incidents. Handle all interruptions and complaints. Resolve safety hazard situations. Escort any unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting the orderly flow of property operation. Report to scenes of vehicle accidents/thefts. Call for assistance using proper code responses. Complete a Loss Prevention shift summary/daily activity report. Maintain confidentiality of all Security/Loss Prevention and property reports/documents; release information only to authorized individuals. Conduct investigations and gather evidence. Conduct interviews with relevant parties. Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests` service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. In addition some states may have additional licensing/registration requirements to be considered for this position. Previous Loss Prevention/Security and Hotel experience preferred; previous guest service or customer service experience required. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Position requires excellent guest service skills, maturity, and problem solving skills. Must be available to work a flexible full time AM/PM schedule, rotating days and shifts (1st./2nd) including weekends and holidays.
